Kitchen Equipment- What do you really need?

This is the most important tool in the kitchen and also highly personal.  Choosing your set of knives should be an investment and they should last a long time.

There are so many to choose from it can be difficult to know where to even start.  There are different materials, heating surfaces, sizes and shapes.  Click on More Info below and I will break it down for you.

Garages and storage units are where most kitchen utensils go to die.  I know this from experience.  Out of the million items available, I will explain which ones I use.

This is the easiest and probably least expensive part of equipping your kitchen.  Can't really go wrong here.
